 What next ?  For those who did not qualify prelims ?

2023 prelims quit very difficulty with  new exam pattern change ,but it is unpredictable to every one ,So what to do next ?Big question for every one?

 

Do I  want start again preparation again with basics with ncerts or finding new job with new notification. Or attempting other government examination ? Or should I start with csat preparation. 


If you start again prelims absolutely wrong approach ,the heart of the civil service exams is mains preparation ,though prelims is tough ,if qualified prelims ,you can't handle all papers that year ,you need to back up you notes before only .think smart ,who can helpful in right way ,right approach ,right skills ,Right data for exam point of view ,Coaching institute never tell the truth of the exam .

Many young aspirants neglecting optional and attempt inh civil service exam ,it is absolutely wrong approach ,you need back up notes before prelims for all general studies paper and optional notes .Then only you should attempt prelims and go through full cycle of upsc preparing with respective of prelims result .

Here solutions varies  person to person ,if your are  very serious next attempt do this ?

With respective reality of upsc prelims result ,just start preparations with mains feel that you are writing mains this year and complete ethics ,optional and essay writing skills .

How to start ?

First collect pyq of mains question ,keep sources to read and keep in one common notes to write answer in limited answering writing words which helpful for next year for quick revision.

 

Second : Identify serious aspirants ,and start discuss them to to read General studies paper 1 2 3 and 4 and choose one paper max 20 days to complete 

Thirds : While reading any general studies paper keep current events trends and predict Areas according to the syllabus and make short of it .


Fourth : Co learning very important to in mains


Note : While reading topic by topic just predict questions for this year and share your knowledge who are writing mains .This will helpful for content development in your Brian and answer writing skill  


If you don't know how start mains take mentorship from seniors .don't follow blind approach " A failure can teach better than a successful full person " 


Solution 2: 

Give high priority to your optional during months of June July August ,sept ,along with mains schedule ,think that you are writing mains th is year and prepare optional .

Approach seniors and aks right material for optimal and make notes ,na predict questions this year and complete atleast 60 percent of your syllabus .


If you don't do this  waste of attempting civil service exam for next year also 


Solution 3: 

Attempting other government exams is good ,for career profile ,but it's not easy prepare along with job present days ,offcourse few can mange others can't manage ,this due to for mains you need alot skills to required before next year attempt ,if you don't the process and demand of the exam you will fall in well .

Dilemma students 

I am not  able celar upsc prelims ,why should I prepare mains ,and optional ,i will prepare when I qualify exam . Absolutely wrong approach ,please avoid this type of mentality .

Approach serious upsc aspirants and get some inputs .Don't follow topper strategy it will not work out for you .

Meet serious upsc aspirants who is working for three to four year and give time to discuss you problems and take some mentorship and start preparations.
