Industrial Sickness

Industrial sickness is considered as a constraint of economic development. In fact, such sickness is a commercial term which has been defined by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as “one which incurs cash loss for one year and in the judgment of the bank is likely to continue to incur cash loss for the current year as well as, ratios such as current ratio is less than 1:1 and worsening debt equity ratio”.
