Morals:Morals are individual characteristic that can affect an individual's ethics. Morals are the rules people develop as a result of cultural norms and values and are, traditionally, what employees learn from their childhood, culture, religion etc.

Create a Code of Conduct :

A written code of conduct provides employees and managers an overview of the type of conduct the company expects. It outlines what behaviours are unacceptable and what measures are taken if an employee or a manager violates the code of conduct.
