  Who is good mentor for upsc preparation ? one who decode upsc prepartion and upsc cycle with failures/Sucess or with exam process and understanding the demand of the exam ,conveying the demand of the exam right time ,right material ,right approach ,one giving feedback ,providing best ways ,providing good motivation ,enhancing skill by demand of the exam step by step and understanding with current trend of the exam .
