Introduction : Civil servants play major role in administrating the governance .They are subjective to ethical conduct in performing the duties .For smooth going of administrative  services  ,civil servants follow ethical values like Accountability ,Transparency ,Compassion ,objectivity ,empathy ,Integrity .

Major ethical traits of civil servants are:

Integrity :  public Servants should not place themselves under any financial or other obligation to outside individuals or organizations that might seek to influence them in the performance of their official duties.
